Alan Bates

Andy Greaves

Andy Greaves is without doubt, one of the most versatile comedy entertainers in the country with over 30 years experience, and as we all know there is no substitute for that.

His likeable personality on stage is put to great use in his stand-up routine. An excellent comic who loves to interact with the audience, a master of the adlib with a mixture of one liners, jokes and observational comedy about every day life and situations. Add to this, his amazing talent as a ventriloquist with the help of his sidekick Lewis the stork, a cheeky bird who develops a lovely rapport with both Andy and the audience. You then have an act of the highest quality, which is the reason readers of Venue magazine voted Andy Greaves the Midlands top comedy speciality act in 2007.

His style is that of a cheeky, clean comic and with years of working firstly in the clubs and then moving on to do after dinner cabaret, corporate events, cruises, Thomson Gold hotels and holiday parks. Andy can adapt his act to suit most situations. In the past he has worked in theatre with Joe Longthorne, Jimmy Cricket, and Les Dennis. Pantomimes with John Inman and Darren Day to name just a few. In 2004 Andy topped the bill on the Villa Marina summer show in the Isle of Man.

Andy is no stranger to television, making his first TV appearance on Yorkshire Television at the age of just 13. Since then he has appeared on Granada TV’s “Fame Game”, Sky TV’s “Search for a Star”, which was followed by the TV series “Guys & Dolls”. A Saturday night spot along side Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer on BBC1. Plus TV adverts for IKEA. Andy has also used his stand-up comedy to do TV warm-up for Carlton Television.

Billy Hunter

Billy Hunter is destined to become the next comedy invasion after such greats as Tommy Cooper and Benny Hill. He is just amazingly funny.

To describe what he does would fill two pages and still keep you guessing. He appeared very frail and pale looking, and did not look very happy to see an audience in front of him. But when he started talking you just couldn’t stop laughing.

He disappeared behind a screen only to come out seconds later to the music of Bond’s ‘Live and Let Die’, with dummy style characters carrying a coffin, and Billy himself inside.

“This was a pure genius of comedy and deserves to be seen on all major TV shows, theatres and the best of entertainment venues”

Billy Hunter began his showbiz career 10 years ago as a young Butlins redcoat. Since then he has developed his show in clubs, theatres and hotels, both at home and abroad. His solo act is enhanced by several bizarre props, made by Billy and his family, which include the aforementioned coffin and two pall bearers! His other props are equally hysterical but we’ll keep those a secret for now.

Billy was a guaranteed sell-out act in the clubs, but it soon became apparent that he was destined for much bigger things. Consequently, 12 months ago he was asked to make his debut on the corporate market, and he created such a storm that everyone is now fighting to secure his services to ensure that they are the first company to show him off to their clients and staff.

Billy’s show is so unique that everyone will remember where they first saw it – and who’s event it was at.  Billy will become a star – it’s only a matter of time. His appeal is timeless and his humour will bring every audience to tears of laughter. He could star on mainstream television or top the bill at the end of the pier. Equally, he could star on Channel 4 and take the Edinburgh Festival by storm!

Book Billy now while you can still afford him! You company identity will never be forgotten!

Ian D Montfort (Represented By Our Agency)

Ian D. Montfort – Spirit Medium

‘Ian D Montfort is a spookily skilful, wonderfully observed and hysterically funny character who contacts dead celebrities with incredible results. A monster hit at the Edinburgh Fringe’

‘Ian D Montfort, a gloriously deadpan pseudo-psychic. His show – Touching The Dead begins with laughable attempts to work the audience and then Binns starts unleashing faintly inexplicable clairvoyant revelations, leaving most of the room gasping with incredulity. So he can spoof it, and really do it.’

‘Binns makes a triumphant return as the Sunderland psychic Ian D Montfort, mixing eerily good cold-reading skills with a joyful debunking of the genre’

‘…the character remains hilarious, even as the tricks become remarkable. This is two shows for the price of one: pin-sharp character comedy and metaphysical magic to boot.’
